Terms
By installing the Chatwait extension or signing in to the dashboard, you agree to the terms below.
What Chatwait does
Chatwait shows a single sponsored card in the dead space while ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini is generating a response. It never modifies, reads, or stores your prompts or the AI's responses. See the Privacy page for exactly what data is collected.
Earnings and payouts
- You earn 50% of the ad revenue for each qualified impression, credited to your account as pending.
- Pending earnings become withdrawable after a 30-day hold, used to guard against fraud and clawbacks.
- Payouts are made via Stripe Connect Express once your withdrawable balance reaches the $10 minimum.
- Chatwait can withhold or reverse earnings found to result from fraudulent, automated, or otherwise abusive activity.
Acceptable use
- Don't use bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or any other automated means to inflate impressions or clicks.
- Don't interfere with, disable, or circumvent the extension's fraud checks.
- One account per person. Referral bonuses are void if either account is found to be fraudulent.
No guarantee of earnings
Earnings depend on your usage and on ad demand, and are not guaranteed. Chatwait may change the revenue split, hold period, minimum payout, or ad delivery at any time, with the change applying to future impressions.
Termination
You can stop using Chatwait at any time by disabling or uninstalling the extension. Chatwait may suspend or terminate an account for violating these terms, in which case any pending, unwithdrawn earnings tied to that account may be forfeited.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Chatwait evolves. Continued use of the extension or dashboard after a change means you accept the updated terms.
